Money refund
I tried the app and the method, and it worked really well. I felt calmer and noticed an improvement in my condition. It was easy to use.
Unfortunately, I am quite lazy and stopped using it. I only paid attention again when my subscription became active and I was charged. I immediately wrote to them saying that I did not wish to continue the subscription at that time.
I received a very prompt and extremely helpful response. With other companies, they usually refer to the contract and say that I agreed to the terms — but not here! I got my money back within three days.
This is an exceptional company with outstanding customer service. I am very satisfied with how they handle customer needs. Thanks! István

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months now, and they refuse to cancel it, they just keep charging me. They started with $18.99, which I asked for a refund in January, and now they charged me $69.99! Total scam, don't waste your money. I'm still trying to get a refund.

It is a scam. It says $9.99 for unlimited access. But they charge me $39.99 after the first month and again the following month. I have not even used it. I thought the total cost was $9.99. I will be contacting them and expect a refund of the two $39.99 that I did not sign up for. Avoid it! I am filing complaint for future victims.
Updates: they contacted me after seeing this review and refund me the $39,99 monthly fee also cancel my membership.
Update: Yes they refunded me $39.99 for the month of April, but not the $39.99 for the month of March (for the so called membership that I did not sign up for).

I had a disappointing experience with the Muscle Charge app and its services. While the initial offer appeared attractive, my overall experience did not meet expectations.
In my case, I found the subscription terms and billing process to be somewhat unclear. After signing up, I noticed recurring charges that I did not fully anticipate, which caused concern and confusion.
I would strongly recommend that potential users carefully review all subscription details, including any automatic renewal terms, before making a purchase. Transparency in billing and clear communication are very important for customer trust.
This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

On-line sales with integrity!
First, the product. I received a calendar with assignments for each day. Also, an accompanying illustrated explanation of each of the required exercises. That is exactly what I wanted!
Second, the company. I had occasion to ask about some of the extras and related financial issues. I received a prompt response that clearly wanted to resolve my questions. Amazingly, these communications were from real people who understood my questions without having to go through a survey or upsell. They just wanted to resolve my questions. That is incredible in this day of on-line sales! I am impressed!
