Avoid any shops with Muse (Alba, Marble etc). Check the adress they ussualy add 2 addresses to mask their scam operation. The items they offer are similar with the ones you would buy from Temu and nothing like the picture. They will block you after pretending they will pay you a refund to keep you calm. They state 30 days refund policy but is nothing like that. They are scammers please stay away.

I usually look at reviews. Sometimes you put your trust in the site your buying from.
I ordered 2 trouser suits and it wasn’t so much that they were too small, it was the way they were packaged it was as if they had been scraped off the floor and crammed into a bag, one bag was unsealed. The outer wrapping was ok so it obviously happened on site.

This company is a sham! I bought a coat in October 2024, which eventually arrived, but looked nothing like the online picture. I asked several times for a return address. Only after several emails was this provided. I returned the coat (obtaining proof of delivery in January 2025) and have still not received a refund. I am planning on taking legal action against them. Do not buy from here!

I ordered some tops from this company after the did not arrive i sent an email which took forever for them to reply, when they did reply I was informed that my order had been cancelled as they could not get the stock, and I would get a full refund this has been going on since November 2024 and I still don't have a refund , please please avoid this company at all cost as you will be like me out of pocket and nothing to show for it

As per everyone else on here I so wish I had read trust pilot before I ordered 2 dresses.
What an absolute sham of a company. I've just spent 2 hours on emails this morning trying to get a return address! They offered me a partial refund etc to avoid the carbon footprint??? Eventually after 2 hours I now have the return address in China which I have to pay for and send it tracked.
I'm not hopeful of a refund having read the reviews so will probably end up having to go back to my bank.
Please avoid this company at all costs. I'm sure I will be £70 out of pocket and no dresses as they were awful and very poor
quality. Note to self always read the reviews first!

I ordered from Muse in October … a cardigan for £29.95. Nothing happened, I texted, they said it was on the way. Then after a month they said order was cancelled as item was out of stock and they would refund. They did not of course, and by then I had seen the reviews on Trust Pilot, so I simply contacted my credit card provider. Don’t muck about with these people. They are scammers. If your order does not appear, you must show you have chased them up. Keep all emails and use as proof. Credit card company refunded my money today and Muse will have to pay them + charges.

The item I ordered was cheap tat & didn't look like the image online. When returned no refund was given even after multiple emails to customer services! After offering me partial refunds and to keep the item 90 days had passed for me to be able to raise a dispute with PayPal

Ordered a cardigan, money changed hands the same day 31 October 2023. Got an notification that it was held up in customs. Chased 10 November 2023 David Anderson said they were investigating. on 14th January 2025 David Anderson said that they were unable to fulfil the order and were currently unable to process a refund but promised to process it soon. it is now March and they still haven't refunded. Wish I had read Trust Pilot before ordering.

Told goods were out of stock a few weeks after ordering. Promised a refund which never came. Emails not replied to. Claimed back via by bank who sorted a refund within a day. Now the bank tell me Muse are challenging my payment dispute.

The seller agreed to a refund for the items, I sent them back in November and still 4 months later no refund and cannot be helped via PayPal - stay away!!!!! Fake and untrustworthy

I ordered a jacket in October, 2024, it was eventually delivered but I returned it because the quality and the description of the product did not match the advert on Facebook. I had to pay for the return. I asked for a refund and to date, 23 February, 2025, this still has not been processed. I have been in constant contact with the company by email and have received numerous promises but no refund. I wish I had never heard of this company. Stay away.

Don’t touch this company, it’s a con. The quality is appalling, they rarely return emails and when they do it’s full of promises. Still waiting for a refund from September 24, reported to trading standards. They should be shut down

Now this is going back since October 2024 when I placed an order for the value of £62.78 I never received the items I ordered made contact with Muse several times via email with comments of we will get back to you and to date they never have, I'll never shop with this shower of S--t ever again 😤

So I ordered in November 24, with delivery expected 14 days. What arrived? Nothing. Nada, zip. Emailed for info. No response. Emailed again, response. Out of stock, cannot supply, will refund in 14 days. Now 3 months in and numerous emails, I still have no goods and no refund. This company is a total sham, lying and cheating customers. I suggest that this company is avoided like the plague.

Order not delivered for months back and fourth with them said they were unable to deliver due to product being out of stock, wil pay in 14days it's 2months now ,

Put one star as you have to add a score, would have been 0. Total and utter scam. They cloned the picture from another website, took months to send a shiny polyester replica from China. When I complained and asked for refund they said that due to being environmentally conscious (what a joke!) they would offer partial refund without returning top. When I agreed just to get something back, surprise surprise they had technical issues. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY. Interesting you can’t leave a review on their actual website! Avoid at all costs.

Like many others on here, ordered a jacket in Nov 24 to be told not in stock and refund would be issued. Refund went to PayPal and seconds later was rescinded. Several emails over the past 3 months to Muse London (David Anderson) and was ensured that refund was on its way and that there was a ‘problem with their system’. Got refunded today (3 months later) via PayPal. Avoid this company!!

How is this company still able to trade???? I like all the reviews listed, purchased goods from these people. My original order was put through for one item I then realised I had paid for 2 of the same item, how I don't know, maybe another scam of theirs. I contacted customer service and a David Anderson advised he would refund the second item which he did. So far so good no issues there. A few days later the item I did want never arrived so I chased for delivery updates, again David advised all was ok, I went back and forth a few times getting the same old story everything is fine. After weeks of toing and froing with this idiot I then received an e-mail advising they could not get the stock and a refund would be processed. Still now no refund, I notified my bank and they have advised they contacted Muse who are now challenging my purchase or refund offer. Luckily the bank are on my side as I have more than enough proof. These people are more stupid than I thought, with numerous e-mails going back and forth between me and them there's also a purchasing receipt etc more than a digital footprint. This company are complete and utter SCAMMERS.... STAY AWAY.......

Will not use again! Order several items in Oct 24 that never arrived. I queried and got told they could not fulfil the order and would issue a refund. 14 days later still no refund.
