I have yet to experience the benefits of the product, as I've only just received my order, but I had to write about my customer service experience with the Mushify team.
I had an issue with my delivery, courtesy of my local couriers, so I reached out to Mushify to seek advice on how to proceed. They were immediately responsive and unbelievably understanding and supportive. They offered an instant solution and everything was wrapped up and sorted within a few days.
I can't wait to experience the products themselves, because if they are even half as good as the people running this business they're going to be amazing.

The product was not right for me, but the customer service for a return and refund was excellent. Great Aussie company that were only too happy to help out and took my feedback on board. Would be happy to purchase other products from this company.

At the moment this terrestrial nectar collided with membrane of my porous tongue I could feel a starry, crystalline freshness pervade my entire mortal frame. It was as if, in a single product, the quarrel between mind and matter - once harmonious in the thought and poetry of the ancients but shattered by modern industry and dogma - was annhilated. The struggle between spirit and history resolved itself, it was as if Minerva herself had endowed me with her helmet of wisdom, I, catapulted into the eternal harmonious music of the spheres. Sweet ambrosia tenderly closed my eyelids that evening, and I awoke to see the absolute unity of nature and the arbitrary and comic affairs of human life. What before was tragedy seemed to me now a laughable display of desperate and endearing, slight errors of our human race. And this was but a meager single dose! As I persisted in my convenient regime dictated on the lovely marker of technological reproduction that is the label of these modest and tender bottles, I was no longer distraught at my plight as a modern man. Indeed, I was no longer plagued by repetitious life of 5am runs, icebaths, and grass-fed beef. The air at these heights of the mind, which, once having achieved after innumerable doses of caffeine and cigarettes (the working man's relief and the darling of those who pour over letters), was no longer thin as it had been - where once only fresh and thin as the great soaring heights of the mind are described by the romantic - was now clean, AND easy to breathe. I no longer see my life as a contradiction - enjoying the bourgeiois nihilistic repetition of skincare regimes and cycling with my buddies from international finance (how stale our conversations get, if only they had read a single section from Ovid!) while at once demanding what is now the libertine decadence of high-culture, my only escape, and so individual, so anti-social! - I can now see the fragment of the eternal in every vapid repetition, every shadow in this cave, this cafe of modern life! It is as if I have been plunged into a telecommunications network with nature itself, as if plugged into the rhizomatic life of the mycelium, with no cords (you don't even need an internet connection to purchase these products, they exist in those little kitsch geographically constrained stalls of Westfield, how endearing!). The flavour, the packaging (as a gift, its perfect!), the effects, only precipate a mechanically reproduced harmony that can only be summised in the Romantic sublime, breaking through the limits of my imagination and uniting me with the terrestrial world-spirit, unity of mind, body, matter! I have only experienced this unity but once, when high on ketamine, I heard played Handel's Concerto Grosso, Op. 6: No.2 in F Major, in the company of Thai escorts I had flown out to my holiday home on the shores of Marseilles after finishing my favourite Houllebecq novel and selling my American oil shares in exchange for Russian ones of the same object while the US decided to publicly side with Israel (if the rhetoric fails for Ukraine support - need I mention aside from the middle East this is the major location of fossil fuel management for the princes of liberty? - then indeed we may be living under an international regime dictated by those who closely follow Modhi and Putin). Apologies, this stuff is so strong I cannot but help turn my mind to more abstruse and important matters of dialectical analysis, of which has been improved so strongly I need not even postulate a proposition in order to negate its opposite in order to attain a synthesis of ideas. Enjoy this product just as I have, and you will see the sublime fruits of the mind ripen. Thank you mushify.

I’ve tried (and still use) my fair share of supplements, and these guys are my favourite by far! I’ve tried powdered products before and wasn’t able to stay consistent - the ease of a liquid extract has meant I’m taking these every day! As an engineering student, Brain Boost is my favourite. Over time I’m finding extended ability to focus, and less mental fog. Lachy’s customer service and transparency are top tier as well, I’ve never had an consumer experience like this!

Have started using the Brain Boost and Immune Pump products. As an older australian, I have tried using other products and do not like the alcohol based tinctures. They don't always taste nice.
The brain boost lion's mane is easy to take and has a nice flavour. I'm liking it so far.
It's early days and I'm not expecting to see great results straight away, but I feel better than previous products have made me feel.
The ordering and shipping process was easy and fast and their customer service has been great. I contacted them for advice and got a prompt response and good advice. Lachy told me they have a clinical nutritionist on speed dial.

Finally a quality product that provides a therapuetic dose and tastes amazing. I also love that it doesn't contain any alcohol making it suitable for the whole family. I have been using skin assist for months and have noticed a big difference. Just purchased Mushroom Matrix and am excited to see the results.

Brain boost worked so well really helped in my day to day life

Very disappointed with this product. The mushroom tincture tastes extremely tangy and unpleasant, making it hard to take regularly. The quality does not feel premium at all, and I noticed no improvement in focus or mental clarity. For the price and the claims, this was a complete letdown. Would not recommend.
