I know that this is only $20 a month but it only works 20% of the time. My new issue is that the EPG refuses to download so I have no clue what is on any of my channels. I’ve gone through all the steps. Force stop, clear cache and relaunch. I then go to EPG to download programming and it says failed. It’s just a glitchy app.

Have some issues with buffering that I dont have with other tv apps. Thats really the only issues Im having. Channel selection is great but searching for a movie if its not 100% the way its listed as in Capital letters or punctuation it doesnt find it. Other apps as you probably know are a lot more forgiving. Recording would be a great option as well. Overall though not to bad

Can be a little tricky setting up. But once you do, it's pretty great. Menu very easy to navigate. Great purchase.

My sister talked about Muskegon TV and really liked it. I just moved 90 miles from Muskegon and paying $170.00 Comcast bill.I just signed up for Muskegon tv.and I'm glad I did. I tried it for 1 month and I couldn't believe all the channels. The reception has been great. I do get local stations but there is streaming.

We really enjoy watching Muskegon TV, so many choices to choose from. We just wish we wouldn't lose signal as much as we do.

Easy to get started, lots of choices. Free “test drive”, and low cost. Working on the complexity of finding my favorites but that’s a good thing!

I like the variety but the buffering sucks and it’s not my internet speed.

They are there to guide you through any issues, which we had but on our end. Channels are good selection is good.

I’m having an issue with the channel guide. It it shows the channel but will not load programming. ( what’s on that channel)

Lost connection many times. Subtitles in some movies only in Spanish. I've had to remove and reinstall the app 3 times because it said my account expired while I'm on automatic payment. Each time I had to re-input all my favorites and I had close to 50.

Your service is great no surprises with billing.

The service has improved tremendously over the last couple of years. Marshall is always very responsive to your questions or needs. Muskegon TV has a lot to offer.

Access to lots of content at a really great price. Excellent customer service. There are frequent lags during streaming but to me that’s an ok trade-off for the price.

I’m a current subscriber for about 7 months now and I plan on continuing indefinitely.
This is an Excellent Service and its offerings are amazing, especially for its amazing price. The service needs higher speed internet because it is a streaming service that uses technology requiring a higher speed for processing the data. Do yourself a favor and don’t try to get by with using a lesser speed service for this platform. Believe me you will thank yourself for getting this service and getting a 50$ a month internet service and a 20$ a month subscription to Muskegon TV App.

I had Muskegon tv in michigan and it was cumbersome to load and navigate. When I recently signed up again, after I moved to Arizona,things have changed for the better! Loading the app was simple and navigating the app is somewhat easier now.

The amount of channels are great for the money. Also, when there problems, they are quick to respond and help.
