I have worked with Gary and his team for 8 years on running my online digital marketing.

Recently we started a new project as I wanted a 2nd website building to help me try and dominate Google locally. However we decided to also rebuild my mine site so it was slicker and easier to manage.

As I wanted to mainly focus on roof cleaning. I wanted go get rid of some services that I don't offer anymore. This meant I re design and build was required.

Both sites are 100+ pages so getting this right has been tricky. It was great to sit down with Gary and work out the best plan for both the current website and the new website.

The branding for the new site is just what I wanted as I did not want it very different to my main site.

The designs looked great and I love the way the pages flow and are easy to engage with.

Overall its been a fairly simple process.

I am very happy with the end results ragarding the design process, branding and the websites general look and feel.

Just finished working with Gary and his team on my website project. I needed help with everything, including the branding for my new website, which is my first online shop. I won't lie, I was nervous, as I have been called a control freak in the past by friends, so handing over this to someone to build for me was scary.

I was starting from scratch with this so i need as much help and gudence as possible to be honest. I had no idea really what the website should look like or the colours to use. I didn't know what pages I should have, etc. Gary was really good with me. He sat down with me and scoped out the whole website with me in an afternoon at his offices. He gave me some food for thought on what features I should include. To be honest, some I didn't understand, but they sounded great.

I then worked with the dream team on branding: Steph, Molly and Jess, you were amazing and being able to put up with me changing my mind so much... just amazing and very chilled out. I love my branding now. The one thing I remember that still makes me smile is one of the girls saying we need the branding to work for you target market... " so the users don't run off" ... i found that so true and funny

Dale handled my build. Again, a very clever guy. Very switched on. He really helped me understand how everything would work.

My own experience of using this company to build my website wasn't without some hitches but nothing that couldn't be resolved and WAS resolved quickly and by the people who care about the clients going forward.
I found Gary and Stephanie to have very firm boundaries, and this keeps the expectations of clients realistic and achievable, not having these can lead people to have unrealistic expectations around what the service can offer and cannot offer.
Please try them out, you will not be disappointed.

Our experience from the start has been very rocky. Timing of meetings and phone calls was hit and miss, which is frustrating due the difficulty of setting aside time to deal with issues that could have been resolved with a phone call or email

They have this habit of sending disclaimer to sign before completing the project in view of washing their hands of any responsibility for changes needed

Requested full payment upfront therefore you’re unable discontinue the service if they are underperforming

Can’t be bothered to make calls to iron out issues and don’t provide a phone number to contact the team member responsible for creations and will only call back under caller ID

Promised discounts for google services to keep you on board after many complaints then pulling it out from under you and ignoring any email mention of it

Very poor communication when it comes to further service charges without transparency from the start, then giving an ultimatum and refusing to make full completion of website to go live

During the build process they made way too many amateur mistakes with spelling of descriptions, pictures and placements for the design to the point it felt we were designing it. Took so much of our time constantly re-sending information and not being able to give a simple phone call.

All issues raised with them and by the end they there was absolutely no effort made into the project as they only give you 3 modifications (even if it’s their mistake) then apply a ridiculous cost for changes after. There were no improvements in the simple respect deserved as a paying customer, they very quickly sent disclaimers to sign and showed a poor attitude.

Even though the website was paid in full they will refuse to send the website without signing a disclaimer. They don’t actually send you instructions on how to set up your website, they sent a huge database with IT jargon that will only be recognised if you work in this line of work.

We had no choice but to hire another outside designing consultant to fix and re design with respectable skills who will host and design at a reasonable cost and make live
