Top Service würde ich immer wieder gerne was bestellen. So eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung eines Garantiefalls hat man sehr selten.

Handla ABSOLUT inte av detta företaget. Köpte en lövblås som var defekt och har kämpat i flera månader med att få häva köpet. Deras 30 dagars fri retur är ren lögn.

Spuit pistool te laat gekregen maar een korting gekregen. Top.

I bought the battery spray gun. I found it very easy to use , lots of nozzles and works really well. It was delivered very quickly and when i had a question they were there to help.

I ordered a leaf blower then checked the reviews! I was panicking thinking it wouldn't arrive and that I'd been scammed. Well how wrong was I. It arrived ahead of time and its fabulous. It has 6 power settings and it handled heavy wet leaves no problem. It comes with 2 battery packs which means I didn't have to wait for it to re-charge. I'm really pleased with the product and the delivery time.

Snabb mottagning av beställning LÖVBLÅS - rimlig leveranstid- välförpackat dvs.oskadat. Mycket bra produkt som absolut håller vad den lovar. Lätt att montera , lättviktare, 6 olika "blåsläge" som fungerar mkt.bra 2 st batterier med uppladdningstid 2 timmar.
Och som pricken över i medföljde ett par skyddsglasögon

Man jämför denna produkt (lövblåsare) med tex Ryobi. Helt ärligt, de är inte ens jämförbara. Muxtool kan eventuellt användas till damm och lite torra löv på gatan men inte till blöta löv eller löv mellan buskage eller på gräsmattan. Den är helt enkelt inte tillräckligt stark. Inte i närheten av tex en 18v Ryobi.

Snabb leverans dock sämre med info fr butiken. Lövblåsen lätt och smidig, bra "flås"

Failed to delivery £120.00 paint sprayer.
Had the nerve to blame me for not being at home when they tried to deliver..A lie !! Kept my money and has not supplied the goods. I am now referring this back to my credit card company and am willing to take legal action if required.
DO NOT HAND OVER MONEY TO THIS COMPANY !!!

This company purports to trade from the UK. It in fact trades from Hong Kong so misleads its customers from the off. The estimated delivery date they give is a fiction because of course the product comes from abroad not the UK. I cancelled the contract within the 14 days under distance selling regulations but they refused to accept a valid cancellation. When the product (a leaf blower) arrived after 13 days, it was nothing more than a toy. Some hairdryers have more power. I returned it the next day by special delivery post to the Hounslow return address on the package. They said the contract provided for a return to Hong Kong! I told them that they had amended the contract by the return address which they specified on their own packaging. They have not refunded my money despite a valid contract cancellation and prompt return of goods by special delivery post to the address they themselves gave on the package. They are a bunch of foreign scammers. Do not trade with them at all!! I am seeking a full refund via Barclaycard because they are just very dishonest.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Does not allow returns and products are way subpar of what site shows when you order. No follow up communications, I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours and they would not let me cancel it. There is no phone number. There is no address. You’re forced to communicate through the site and a generic email address… which they will not respond to. It is not a US company as site says, and is actually China based, The leaf blower they scammed me for $167 arrived looking like a hair lower. Piece of junk.

J'ai voulu commander le pistolet à peinture style Makita à environ 130 euros, j'ai préféré le commander moi même sur Aliexpress afin d'évoquer 90 euros. Produits parfait, démarche commerciale à revoir.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande après 15 jours de ma commande,ils me disent que les douanes sont débordés j’ai demandé un remboursement,à suivre !!!

Lever ikke op til det de skriver på deres hjemmeside. Jeg har nu kæmpet i 2 måneder for at få penge retur iflg deres tilfredshedsgaranti. Og nu ignorerer de bare mine mails.
Tydeligt at alle mails er AI genereret, og at det ikke er et levende menneske der håndterer kommunikation med kunder.

Handla inte här….!!! De påstår att de har fri retur 30 dagar men väntar med att själva återkoppla till dag 31 för att slippa kostnaden som i mitt fall blev ca 500 SEK.

We just received our leafblower and it looks like a toy, poor quality. We contacted them via email but they won't give us a refund without videos or photos. We have literally taken it out of the box and want to send it back. When we email them they won't send us a return label or address and it apoear to be the same automated enmmail each time. I recon it is a scam site.
