Excellent Customer Service and Fast Delivery
My wife recently ordered some filters from this company and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived. Unfortunately, we had made an error with the filter size, so I placed a new order and returned the incorrect items.
Not only was the replacement order delivered promptly, but the company also processed a refund for the returned filters without any issues. I’m extremely impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and reliable customer service throughout the whole process.
Excellent service from start to finish — I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others!

I apologise for the one star rating
I originally gave a one star rating when the wrong filters arrived, but in reply to my email the correct filters arrived the next morning. My apologies for the rating I gave and have accepted the reason for the incorrect filters being sent in the first place.
I have dealt with MVHR before and have always found them efficient, honest and reliable.
