Suitcase are super heavy. The return policy is a joke and they make it impossible to return anything. If you’re unhappy, I would not purchase anything from them.

The handle of my suitcase broke after I had to check my bag on a flight in Morocco. It also got dented pretty badly and caused the bottom to not close properly. The team analyzed photos of the damage and quickly came up with solutions and ultimately replaced my bag at no cost. I was blown away at the level of quick customer service and by the fact they replaced my bag. I was not expecting that level of service. I am super happy and will recommend MVST all day long.

Beautiful luggage strong well built luxurious

I’ve had my MVST luggage for about four years now, and honestly it’s been one of my favorite travel purchases.

First off, it just looks good. Super clean, premium feel, and I still get compliments on it when I travel. But more importantly, it’s actually been used. This thing has been all over Europe, Asia, Mexico, and across the U.S., so it’s seen everything from cobblestone streets to long-haul flights and being tossed around at baggage claim.

After that much travel, some wear started to show, which I think is fair. What really stood out to me though was how MVST handled it. I reached out, shared some photos, and they were quick to respond, super easy to work with, and genuinely helpful the whole way through. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which isn’t always the case these days.

Overall, great product, even better experience with the team. I’ll definitely keep traveling with MVST and recommending them anytime someone asks about luggage.

I purchased this suitcase in March 2025, and after just two flights it was already severely dented.

For a suitcase costing over $800, the durability is extremely disappointing. The area beneath the handle shows clear structural weakness—normal baggage handling should not cause this kind of damage.

Furthermore, on a recent flight, one of the wheels completely came off. This level of failure after such minimal use is unacceptable.

I emailed the company over two weeks ago and have received no response, which only adds to the frustration.

In hindsight, I regret choosing the aluminum version and would recommend opting for a more durable material.

I previously owned a Samsonite suitcase for over 10 years with no issues.

I had a pleasant experience shopping with MVST and had a warranty replacement done very efficiently. The CS team is very helpful and professional, the response time is super fast probably the best I've seen with any company. Highly recommended.

I completely understand and feel grateful to the company for being so reliable. I feel that they have gone above and beyond for me, and I am extremely happy and satisfied. I'm an influencer that was burned by this company. I was hired for a collaboration and it was a gifted exchange plus commission. Once I posted, the company disappeared and never paid any commission. I sent them several firm messages and mails on different platforms in the months following and finally received a response. They claimed they did not offer commission although I have it all in writing which I sent to them. I took both of these suitcases on one trip and it looks like they were run over by a car. Major dents and scratches. Horrible product and horrible company. Would not recommend at all. Beware.

This aluminum suitcase is absolutely perfect for me. Every time I take it out, it turns heads—so many people ask me where I got such a stylish piece of luggage. I’m absolutely in love with this suitcase.

Had an issue with my large luggage due to the lock being severely deformed, which made it impossible to close my luggage.

I contacted their customer service and they were extremely quick to reply - which I have rarely experienced before with customer service…

They addressed my issue swiftly and ordered a new luggage on the same day.

Overall quite pleased with the quality of their suitcases, and extremely pleased with the quality of their customer service.

I would still note that the suitcases are quick to scratch so be careful whilst travelling.

Les couleurs disponibles sont jolies et attirantes, et les accessoires sont vraiment impeccables. Mais j’aimerais bien qu’il y ait quelques pochettes intérieures pour garder les affaires mieux organisées. Ce serait aussi super d’avoir plus d’options pour les femmes, avec des couleurs un peu plus féminines, ainsi qu’une petite trousse de toilette pour le maquillage, car les choix pour les dames restent un peu limités.
