These people are "pros" at what they do. I'd never had any experience with this before and I managed to install my system with "zero" problems. It's been running over a year with absolutely no issues. Whenever I had a question or needed support my sales guy, Sam Buffington, was there to help. I can't recommend these guys high enough if you want a great product and outstanding support.

Good parts and when we needed help customer service was great.

I ordered on E-Bay and received my Freedom unit. Instructions were very good and I had the unit up and working in 4 hours. The 5 blades pickup the wind very well. The unit creates plenty of amperage of my remote use.

Bought solar panels, electrical switches, wind turbine many years ago and everything is still working great and had fast free shipping too

I personally have never had a bad experience with them. I have bought a lot of items from them batteries, solar panels, power inverter and 2 midnight classic charge controllers. The items that I have purchase from them is still working like clockwork. I also know that a few times when I had a question I did called them up and got my answer there was no up selling to me and I feel that they had listen to my question and not rushed me. They took the time to answer it and even help me to buy something I did need, even know I wanted something else that was more expensive they just simply sold me the item that I did truly needed. I am so pleased with this company and the people that work for it.

They do not sell windmills they sell windmill parts and you're lucky if you get all of the parts and or the right ones or good ones. after dealing with them for 6 months I have a pile of five parts that are all bad or wrong. they refuse to replace anything I've got to bad generators I've spent almost $1,000 on what was originally supposed to be a $400 windmill. they will sell you the bare minimum and then tell you you need a half a dozen more parts like selling a car with rims and no tires then saying well it technically rolls without the rubber. some assembly required is an understatement I had to paint it myself drill out screw holes myself hell fortunately I'm certified in digital electronics and schematic reading because the schematic they sent me as to how to hook up there "hybrid solar/wind controller" was wrong it was missing a diode so the dump load just kept running and draining the battery whether there was even a windmill in existence or not yet another part they failed to tell you about and their hybrid controller is not a hybrid it's not even a controller it's just an auto switch that does more harm than good for the solar side. They say they'll replace it if it's broken but they don't tell you they'll make you jump through hoops of fire then find an excuse not to

I had to buy a rectifier because it was not sent with the Freedom PMG as advertised and I was not believed. I was told to send a picture of the opened package to prove this ?! It is sad that a relationship of trust can not be realized with corporations like yours.

My solar/ wind system is in progress of installation at this time, but I needed some tech support , and some additional parts every one I have worked with was great..

very helpful, listened to what I was looking for and put together a package for me . everything came with own instructions. packaged very well to protect for poor handling

sent the wrong batterys very upset never buy from them again
