Our one off registration fee ensures instant registration and predominantly keeps your pet safe, as well as ensuring you are able to keep your details up to date for the duration of the time you keep your pet. Once registered, whether in 6 months, or 6 years, or anytime you may need to update your contact details, you can just pop us an email and we will update as required, keeping your pet registered according to UK laws with ease and no extra fees.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you feel this way. Our £30 registration fee lasts for the lifetime of the pet, we do not charge to update details should you move or to update your phone number. Microchips are implanted by independent implanters and any fees charged at this point is for the service of the microchip implantation itself, we are a database and we keep your details safe for the lifetime of the pet, should your pet ever go missing we are also here to help.

Web site did not work properly on iPad and information was not clear
Thank you for your reply yes I register my pet it was a change of owner. The page had overlapping details very difficult to explain however it was difficult to tap the correct link as words where going under others and sometimes the wrong link would come up.
