Outstanding Customer Service and Accountability
I had an issue arise following an auction house referral which, in fairness, was not MyArtBroker’s responsibility. Despite that, they took ownership of the situation and worked to get it resolved.
What impressed me most was that Charlotte, the Managing Director, reached out to me personally after becoming aware of my experience. I hugely respected that. She took the time to understand what had happened, acknowledged why I was dissatisfied, and then stepped in to help resolve the issue and arrange for my artwork to be returned.
For me, the real measure of a company is often how it responds when something goes wrong. MyArtBroker handled the situation professionally, fairly and with genuine accountability. Their response completely changed my impression of the service, and I’m very grateful for the way the matter was ultimately dealt with.

Website is cool but good luck getting a response from anyone. Are they just collecting data on art collectors? If so, for what purpose? Because they don't seem interested in helping people actually sell art.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry that your experience left you feeling this way.
Having looked into this, we did initially respond to your enquiry and requested further images so that we could assess the works properly. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply at that stage, so the conversation came to a halt.
I can also see that you later submitted additional artworks for valuation. Around that time, we were in the middle of a major CRM migration, and regrettably your enquiry was not followed up as it should have been. That’s on us, and I apologise for the lack of response.
To answer your question directly: no, we are not collecting data for any purpose other than helping collectors understand, value, buy and sell their artworks. We work with thousands of collectors every year, and while we are not always able to assist with every artwork submitted, we should always communicate that clearly.

Celine and Jasper were very responsive, even out of hours, professional and helpful. I would totally recommend buying a piece of art this way and am delighted with my new Kusama piece
