Excellent all around experience

Great representative to guide me along the way, the process was a little tedious but ultimately the end goal was acheieved just the way I requested

A lot of support from folks online with understanding paperwork, timelines etc. They worked hard to keep stress out of the process. And everyone was so pleasant to work with!

I wouldn’t trust this site. I tried filling out an application, and right off the bat, it forced me to enter info that felt unnecessary like requiring the exact car I want, even though I’m just trying to get pre-approved. Then it got worse: both the “Total Sales Price” and “Cash Down Payment” fields say the minimum is $7,999, but even when I entered $8,000, it kept telling me I hadn’t met the minimum and wouldn’t let me move forward.

That’s clearly a coding error, and for a site this big and supposedly reputable, it’s unacceptable. It looks like someone just copied and pasted the same validation rule from the total price field into the down payment field without double-checking. Now neither field works properly, and honestly, I can’t trust a company that makes lazy mistakes like that, especially when it comes to financial applications. A minimum down payment shouldn’t even be required at this stage, let alone glitch out and block progress.

As I was using this service, I inadvertently ended up on a separate page with a company called PFI Verify, where I was signed up for a subscription without understanding the page I was on. After writing negative reviews and calling customer service, the CEO of My Auto Loan gave me a call to solve the situation.

5 stars for companies that respond to customers requesting help.

I would use this just because of that personalized type of service and accountability. Great company!

All I wanted was to check the rate for refinancing, and instead they roped me into a financial health scam service. This place is built on fraud if that is any indication, and they still didn't provide me with a rate.

Easy process with quick turnaround. Very personable and knowledgeable associates.

The experience was ok.. keep in mind the doc fees and other administrative fees. Mine totaled close to 1K so it was fees I hadn't anticipated on prior.

I thought this service would have 1 Rep call me and provide at least 4 loan offers but instead I had different people calling me that I didnt feel were very professional. They call asking for you to provide the same info that I already provided. I got very annoyed repeating the same questions and felt like I was dealing with indivduals working out of their garage. I felt my personal info had been spread for competition and wasnt safe guarded. Had I known this I would
NOT have used this service.

Simple and easy

This “Myautoloan” may be able to assist customers a bit more in refinancing a vehicle than “assisting customers with bad credit” as it claims. They claim that you need a 575 at the least and I know for a fact my credit score is a 585. I applied and appeared to be immediately denied. My debt to income ratio is almost zero so to outright deny does not seem like “helping anybody” I was then asked to input my credit or debit card (not cashapp cards or anything like that) so that they could “verify my ability to repay” reading fine print it charges a 1dollar fee and then after 7 days bills 39.99 then and per month after until it is cancelled. I am not sour not getting approval I am just wondering how the minimal information I was asked could actually lead a self proclaimed company w an “A plus with the BBB and company that strives to help people whom are particularly in my credit pool” lead to a denial with very minimal information provided on my behalf. Even though I did not provide my debit/credit details I was promptly denied in 60 seconds of submission. In my opinion I regret giving my personal information to this company.

Another scam!

After I filled out this application, which said multiple places that only a soft credit check would be pulled, I noticed an unauthorized hard credit check on my credit report.

Turns out that this company collects your information and gives it to other dealers, financiers who can pull hard credit checks on you.

Don't waste your time with this company.
