Website and customer service
This is for the website and customer service. Too bad because the actual classes and instructors are quite good.
Cannot give a year's membership without the recipient having say in future years if MY CREDIT CARD would be charged again.
AND if you have ever tried to leave information on their email form... let's just say that that too is impossible.
There seems to be no one who can run this soon-to-be-again sunk ship.
£400 down the drain
I’ve spent over £400 on Craftsy courses and have been locked out of my account. Customer services refuse to help. I’ve explained clearly that I no longer have access to the email address used to login to craftsy yet they ask me for proof of purchase and change password, all of which I cannot do. AVOID don’t make the same mistake I did. Heartbroken.

Last week i was able to log in, review my orders I have purchased in the past and enjoy the new site.
Over the past few days I can't login, I have tried changing my password with no result.
Please help me.
Failure to reply to my query
I had given up with Craftsy due to the issues earlier in 2020. Without checking they did an automatic withdrawal from my account following emails they agreed to cancel and refund. The refund was sent to my PayPal account pending clearance within hours it was cancelled. I have received no replies to my following emails. In addition I have checked the classes any there is nothing new so looks as though this is money down the drain
New Craftsy does not work!
Had bought classes with Craftsy, which changed to Bluprint. Now it's Craftsy again, I'm unable to login, will not reply to emails and fear I've lost them all. Rubbish customer service!
Don't even deserve one star
Don't even deserve one star. Lost everything. When I go to login it tells me my account doesn't exist. Customer service is non existent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

All my lovely classes are now lost. Why should anyone trust a new version no to lose these again? Please restore my classes. I PAID for them!!!

I am so frustrated and Angry with this…
I am so frustrated and Angry with this company!!! I noticed today that 4 more monthly payments have been taken from my card under “craftsy” when we were informed in May the closure and that membership and payments would cease. I signed up with bluprint, they have sold it off, transferred all our details and payment details under the name craftsy onto a terrible website making it near impossible to simply remove your card details and cancel. I have not been able to access any content and yet I’m paying for it. Bluprint sent all subscribers an email in May stating that it would be closing. Since then we have not had any correspondence or notification from them. Most people have classes that they have bought and are unable to download, yet no support has been given. This is a unethical and they should be penalised for sharing data and purposely making it difficult to cancel. Customer services cannot be contacted on live chat or by phone. If customer services reads this - Respond immediately to my email request to cancel!!!
AWFUL
AWFUL. I was a bluprint member and it was ok. Not many new classes but I liked that you could buy projects that came with everything you needed and sometimes there was a class that walked you through it. Craftsy is a piece of poop. It's basically all the same old classes, no products sold, no free classes etc. The website is horrible to try and navigate and customer service I'm pretty sure is a room filled with a bunch monkeys. It is unfortunate and I won't continue my subscription. Like another person said go to YouTube.
Craftsy - don't bother
Craftsy - Bluprint - Craftsy again - please sort yourselves out. I do appear to have access to the classes, but it is so difficult to find what you want, without trawling through a lot of pages to end up back at the home page. The search engine is a waste of time and when you do find something you are interesting in, it ends up at an advert and not at a class. When you do find a class and the download for the instructions are not available. I even emailed the class teacher and she said she had nothing to do with Craftsy any more. I have emailed Craftsy with the issue with absolutely no response. Why should they care as they have your money. Just go to U tube for free.
Unhappy customer
I, like so many others have purchased forever owned classes that I now have no access too. My understanding from the 1 email I received was that they were going to close for a couple of months and then re-open, I never received any other type of email stating they were closing forever but they still took my monthly subscription money. I only paid a monthly fee so I would be able to choose 3 classes to keep on a quarterly basis, they cheated me out of my last one so I feel ripped-off. I don't think it is fair that we all paid for something that we were supposed to have "owned" but the only way we can view them is to be a subscriber. I only started the subscription when Craftsy was changing to Bluprint and wanted to get more classes to own as they had done but now I feel I'm wasting my money because I don't have a lot of time to view classes and that is why I liked the thought of owning the class so I could go back and watch at my leisure when I had time. I just feel ripped-off because they kept taking my money monthly and never gave any kind of refund or suspended my payments until all of their red tape issues were resolved. More than likely going to cancel my subscription, waiting to see if they are going to return my forever classes first. Very unhappy with their deceitfulness to their customers.
Terrible company
Terrible, took over an amazing site only to ruin it then pawn it off to another global conglomerate. I hope I never have to deal with Bluprint ever again.
Same problem as Ms RDA
Same problem as Ms RDA, I have tried to enter my account and I have discovered I had become a "premium member", something I had never asked for, and I have a "free 45 day craftsy membership" in my orders, of course, I have never placed that order.
I want what I had paid for, access to some specific classes, not having to pay a monthly subscription.
Besides, due to this order I have never placed, I will need to get in contact with the customer service so that the subscription will not be authomatically update. What about people who are not getting access to their accounts on this moment? Will they learn they have become "premium members" and are paying for this membership when they receive an extract of the credit card?
Waiting for a response from the customer service.
I have had some news through the customer service and they have told me I will have access to my classes on mid-October, and this is the reason of this "premium membership". Besides, they have said this membership is not going to be automatically renewed. I have needed some days to get properly informed, but customer service answered my questions. I purchased several classes from the "original Craftsy" site. After Craftsy became "Bluprint" and now Bluprint is back to a new Craftsy site, my classes which I already purchased for my "forever" use are no longer available, nor can I receive copies of my Purchased Classes for my use. The new Craftsy will now require additional monthly fees from me to possibly view classes I have already purchased a few years ago. I will now need to pay an ongoing monthly fee just to view classes for which I already paid in full. I want my legally purchased classes. I will not continue to pay repeatedly for something already purchased. Something needs to be done. I think a legal consultation is definitely necessary here.
I love Bluprint
I love Bluprint. I’m not sure why others seem to be having so much trouble, but my experience has been quite good. Maybe some people don’t read the notices on the home page where they post updates about the new service. They don’t seem to send out email, but they’ve been pretty good about keeping people in the loop, at least in my opinion.
I haven’t tried to look at my “forever” classes, but I don’t usually go back, anyway. I may be in the minority there.
I’ve found the classes to be almost uniformly very good for the price, whether purchased one at a time r with a membership. The instructors are good and responsive, although that’s changed a bit in the last few months. My theory is that instructors who were, most likely, upset by the prospect of losing access to this this outlet got out of the habit of posting in the comments. They have been unfailingly constructive and interesting.
Very disappointed!
I loved Craftsy/Bluprint prior to May. Previously, their customer service was outstanding as was their product. Now, communication has been poor at best. There is no response from customer service, no response to inquires about saving my own forever classes(104 of them!!) Today's email was not encouraging. I have saved as much as I can but it sounds like will loose all of the video demonstrations. Very disappointed!
Locked Out Mid-lesson. No help.
I was in the middle of a lesson and when I got locked out of my classes. My subscription is paid. I’ve reached out for help 5 times. No response at all from customer service. The help center is just a chat bot. There is no way to reach a human.
What a scam!
Told we would be able to download our own forever classes. Kept everyone hanging. Didn't happen. The only way you get to see you classes is if you keep paying money for a subscription. I have been ripped off. This is misleading, as they are not own forever, and you don't get to keep the content. Very disappointed and annoyed. Don't believe this mob.They are just after your money for subscriptions.
Loved Craftsy
Loved Craftsy, really hate Blueprint!!! I’m canceling my membership. Was great when they sold fabric and had independent patterns. The old Craftsy was something I really enjoyed. Why change something that was so successful?
