After reading the instructions, I realized this probably wasn't going to make a big difference. My dog is pretty much scared of everything but does not exhibit a lot of anxious behaviors except running away, hiding, and some panting. The few times I gave it to him I couldn't tell if it helped or not.

I checked out the studies and this has REAL science behind it. The safety studies are very convincing too. I want my dogs calm sometimes, and this does the trick. And I love that it doesn't make my dogs sleepy, because I can't stand that. Lately I have been using it to help calm my dogs when I have company or leave for work.
