I found it most unusual that I could not view the invoice and breakdown of work completed until I had paid the amount.
Normally a garage would talk you through the invoice and explain work completed.

I booked online and the reminder email came the day before indicating I had booked for Woy Woy so was very frustrated to trying to change to Annandale, so your online booking system is faulty but Stuart at Annandale was very helpful and managed to fit me into a very busy day, for which I am very grateful

Easy experience and great prices.
Being able to book online and name time and date made the experience very easy. The website is very helpful in assisting to choose the correct tyre for vehice.The job was finished well before the named pick up time which was really helpful.
