Great communication every time I’ve been. Even cleaned the windscreen for me where the wipers didn’t reach the bird droppings. Wasn’t expected, and very much appreciated.

Disappointing experience
Pointless having an option to book an arrival time as I was the first person there, dropped off at 7:55am. Called at 1:30pm to ask if my car was being serviced yet. Was told that there was a BYD being serviced and updated and mine was next. (why was mine not done first as I was first there) Looked at my camera footage and no one even put my car in the workshop until 2:45pm. Was called at 4:30pm to say it was ready. Software version is the same as when I dropped it off (they said it'd take a while due to software updates) I literally paid $498 for parking and wiper fluid.

Over charged and under serviced
Booked vehicle in for service and dropped off early am. Received a call around 10am advising the service to be completed may not be able to be done as they dont have time.....needed my authority ASAP. was at work so unable to answer call but called back shortly after. Was advised service could be done but seemed like it would be rushed. As I had travelled 30 mins and put other people out to get the car there, I did not want to take it back another time. Service was nearly $500, despite originally being quoted under $200. Not even sure what was done.....nothing itemised on invoice. Car was not even washed.

We were told to see an auto electrician…
We were told to see an auto electrician because we had no power to our front lights. Anyway $480 layers it was just a light plug which you guys had not put back. The guy who was dealing with us from Baldivis mycar was also a bit rude while we were trying to explain the problem to him. This is the second time we had issues with our car when sending it to mycar Baldivis. The last time they broke a part and tried to put the blame on us.

I am really pleased with William and his team at the Baldivis branch. I had 4 new tyres put on the car and was given a really great price which was important because I am a pensioner. Also was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Thank you guys.

Incredible effort and support
Incredible effort by the guys at Baldivis. I needed a lot of work and the team put my needs as a priority despite having staff off sick. As an older, disability pensioner my car is my mobility aid and the team kept my costs affordable and my stress low. I can't thank them enough.
