Car was ready at the specified time
Car was ready at the specified time. Communicated with me all the way through the service and extra requirements needed for my pink slip. It was a lovely bonus that they also give free 12 months roadside assist. That’s a saving for me of $135!

Impressive Service.
I was so impressed with the service provided. This was a very busy garage but every customer was treated professionally and with attention to detail. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and treated all with dignity and patience. In the economic climate where costs are always questioned she was calm, had a very warm voice and spoke with confidence. She is an asset. I will certainly be spreading by word of mouth the value of my experience at My Car Ballina. Thanks everyone.
