Car service was done well with attention to detail. It would have been appreciated to have known the cost of service prior to work. And to be asked if I wanted it to manufacturer's standard. The cost was a bit of a shock.

Store staff friendly, phone booking process a bit sloppy.
Staff at the store were very friendly and got the job done, but the booking process via the phone is cumbersome with the person you speak to located somewhere else and not really sure what the store can or can’t accommodate for when it comes to squeezing the booking in.

The young guy at reception was…
The young guy at reception was welcoming and friendly. Our car was in for a service. When things were found, they called and asked if we wanted it fixed, unlike other places who go ahead without contacting you first. Our car was ready within 2 hours. Very happy.

Courteous and efficient service
Joel offered great customer service, very polite on the phone whilst booking me in and followed up with an additional call once the work required was established, being transparent about all likely costs.
The car was ready on time as predicted. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend.
