Awesome customer service
The customer service was exceptional. Felt very trustworthy and there was no judgement either. Even when there were many phone calls and customers the staff made sure everyone was sorted and was talked with.

Called in with a broken windscreen…
Called in with a broken windscreen wiper and the Service Manager personally came out and quickly realised the problem and fixed it. In and out in less than two minutes at no charge. An excellent service.

I find Bateau Bay top rating because…all round great service.
I find Bateau Bay top rating because they are upfront with costs, Gavin the Store Manager is great he explains things well and follows up on previous visits.
And they are walking distance from home. Very happy customer!
