I was pleasantly surprised that the puncture,I had in my left rear Tyre,was covered by Warranty,when I purchased The new Tyres.
I was very Appreciative of the prompt service,I received from My Car in Bendigo.

Excellent service
We use my car kangaroo flat for our regular servicing and they are always very good to deal with.
Wade and the team recently resolved some other issues I had with one of my work vehicles.
I highly recommend my car.

Lack of communication
Communication with myself regarding problem with vehicle and what possibly needs to done to fix it was NON EXISTENT. Car left at 10.30am and I had to call at 4pm only to find out it could do with a set of new spark plugs and it was too late to order them that day and fix it, hence the car had to stay over night.
Then at lunch time the next day still no communication, so I called and was told it was ready to go, (note; I wonder how long it was ready for and how long before they were actually going to take to let me know).

Rang to advise car needed to new tyres and gave price. Advised they could do now. Gave time frame on when service would be finished. Updated me on possible future works with car suspension. Excellent service.
