After being quoted by the dealers service department I thought I’d check the price with Mycar as they replaced my tyres 12 months ago and now the TPMS was playing up. The price quoted was less than a quarter of the dealer price. The friendly staff and service was exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good service, courteous and easy to deal with. Convenient location and got my car back within time frame I requested.

Very professional and efficient. Store Manager Ben was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the Booragoon Centre.

Customer service was great. I was booked in for a standard service and they messaged me to let me know areas of concern and the cost before going ahead with repairs.
My only negative which I didn’t realise until I got home was the invoice only stated the total cost to be paid but there was no separate invoice listing what was actually done during the service and repairs.

They were great and Ben found a space on the weekend to get an emergency tyre replacement for my BYD.

I’m very grateful for this and back on the road!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now for a few different things. First was to replace my tyres, and then I got a puncture - which they fixed for nothing! I subsequently decided to go back for a service. Service was done all good, but soon after I had another issue an engine misfire. The guys there got me back in and saw to the issue promptly. All fixed and running smoothly. A1 service, super convenient and quality work.

I fully serviced my car includes changing with in less two months flat tire which they help to change the tyre with no cost and no time to wait.Again I driving home from mechanic shop a very loud noise when I use brake and accelerate embarracing and scary to drive. Another day off work to be fixed. I lost confidence on the people who change the turned and do the alignment. I am not sure about your tyres quality either.
At the moment I don’t trust my car anymore another issue might come .
The first time went to inform my tyre flat the guy was helpful and understanding to solve the matter.
I am not sure about the people who actually do the job ??
