Booked online and brought my car in for a service at 10:30am with the pickup time set to 12:45pm.

I told the mechanics there's no rush to the service, however when I returned at 1pm the service hadn't even started and I was told it'd be another couple of hours before they could even get to my car. Mind you this service was paid for in advance and booked a number of days in advance. They basically took my money without the ability to even service my car.

I ended up having to reschedule to the next day as waiting in Braddon for the rest of the day was not an option.

In addition, none of the mechanics I spoke to offered any apology, instead shoved the blame to "the system".

Don't go here if you want your car looked at by responsible mechanics and your time respected.

I will not be returning.

Attended to my headlight globe promptly

I was in Canberra for work when I got a flat tyre. I managed to have it replaced with the spare, but didn’t feel comfortable attempting the three-hour drive back to Sydney without a backup. I stopped into mycar Tyre & Auto - Braddon hoping they might be able to help.

They were clearly extremely busy and initially suggested booking me in for the following day, however, when I explained I wasn’t local and needed to get back to Sydney, Jack immediately said, “I won’t have you driving back without a spare, I’ll fix it now.”

He repaired the tyre on the spot, refitted it to my car, and even placed the spare back neatly in the boot before wishing me a safe trip home.

After a stressful day, I can’t express how grateful and relieved I felt. Thank you again Jack, for your kindness & willingness to help, it truly meant a lot. If I were local, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Jack genuinely cares about his customers, and his service, outstanding.

Excellent service

I walked in with a problem on a Friday afternoon and they didn’t hesitate to help me. They resolved my concerns at a good price with outstanding service.

I always have a great experience with Mycar Tyre and Auto in Braddon. I dropped my car off in the morning at around 8 and it was ready to be picked up shortly after at around 11. Their prices are quite reasonable, they are super friendly and accomodating to their customers, I have been going there for a while and will continue to do so!

Jack was extremely helpful in sourcing tyres from another store and a competitive price to help me travel to a new job interstate the following week. Service is exceptional and the staff friendly.
