I bring my car to mycar service. They call me later say my car's both rear indicator light is turning white colour. Okay, actually I can change it myself for less than $20 dollars. But I think it is okay for them to change it for me. Well after I get my car and drive back home and realise it. But when I pick up a car the staff haven't told me about this. And now cost me extra money to buy a new parts.

Also, since they are a chain store, their prices are uniform, which is quite reassuring. I will see how well my car runs after this service and am anticipating their service next time.

Getting options and pricing was smooth and easy. Booking a time, drop off and also just getting all 4 tyres fitted went smooth. Had an alignment done and will need to get a few thousand klms under it to see if it’s improved but for now im happy
