Kept me informed + explained what was being done

Booked in for service and wheel balance and was caught out by additional repairs deemed necessary .
Expected bill of $300 -$400 but ended up with more than double the amount.Good news was that vehicle feels better to drive so feel four out a five is an acceptable score.

Just went in to ask about a cover that had come off our car,and as usual had the same helpful service from the staff fixed it straight away. Always happy with the help that given.

Dazz has exceptional service he was polite friendly and very helpful , I left my car rego to the last minute and he booked me in and got it done with no issue , it wasn’t a problem in and out with in 20 mins I can’t thank dazz enough for helping me out this morning thank you !

Could not be more helpful. serviced my car. Tire's changed . Dropped me home, kind as in my 70s. Picked me up to collect my car .

communication, they kept me informed

I would usually rate a 5 star as they are very good at their job. This time - not so much. The man who I think is the boss should not do customer service as he has no skills at it. Conversation short, sharp and no eye contact.
I had to go back to get a service finished but day I was told to, they were too busy. Had to go back again. No optimal!

Easy access to mechanics.
Kept you informed of all issues and costs.
Serviced in a timely manner.

Timely service.

If you're looking for a thorough job then great but if you just want them to do the bare basics to pass the pink slip then go somewhere else as this place wouldn't pass it without doing ridiculous things like replacing the wipers (which I could have done myself for $20 and they charged $100) which were just fine.
I was told that they wouldn't pass the pink slip if I didn't do all these things. In 10 years I've owned a car I have never had to do such things to pass safety checks. They were terrible at communicating and I had to hang around for hours (rather than saving time by catching the bus home) because they kept saying 'it will just be a little longer...'
I won't be returning.
