Service, clear communication, care. Team going above and beyond.

The mycar mechanic checked my car for rego, confirmed that i needed the back brakes doing, which i was expecting, then contacted me re other issues,
each time explaining why it had to be done and the costs involved for parts & labour .

The service on my BYD was done promptly and efficiently.

Lots of additional costs to the amount already paid. The staff member who called wasn't friendly and had it felt like he was frustrated about having to explain why there were going to be additional costs. Tyres weren't recalibrated when put on so tyre pressure warning came on and when checked they were way over the recommended PSI (46 instead of 30).
They were able to service the car within the expected time.

Good communication about ready times, nice surprise with a lower than expected service cost. Also very handy location.

Booked in for a rego check (pink slip). Very happy with how quickly it was done in -Within 1 hour.
My previous mechanic closed down so will coming back with all future car services.

Michael (Manager) was helpful when I brought my car for service.
He also informed me that I didn't need the service he thought my car needs as it had been done from the previous service.

Prompt efficient and had my car ready ahead of time

Dropped the car off and it was ready for pickup in less than an hour. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient

I have been serviced 3 times for the last 3 months.

1- The tie rod balance adjustment could not be completed and I received service 2 times.

2 - The rolling adjustment could not be made and I received 2-time service for this. I made a payment once.

3- The sound from the lower teams and the brakes was not removed. For this, I received service 3 times and made payment.

Despite all this, I still can't get a feedback.

I definitely do not recommend it.

The return and service are very unsuccessful, I will never go again.

The service was professional and work carried out was prompt and efficient,

I paid the corresponding booklet service and my car was not properly checked.
1. I personally requested to check a tire that I knew had a nail, it was not checked.
2. I knew the right back light in the rear bumper was not working, it was not replaced and it was not even mentioned as a problem.
3. Two days after my service, I went back to my car to understand why those issues were not checked. The person at the front desk said, we are not superman. I asked him politely to repair them as priority because I needed the car, and I waited for spot before and he said, nothing can be done, mentioning again, we are not superman, up to you in a very disrespectful manner.
I recorded everything on the 2nd day I requested priority as evidence in the future.
It is important to mention, that it is not the 1st time I have issues in this specific mycar location.

Efficient. Friendly. Value for money. Just easy, with a job well done.

The allocated time for the work wasn’t met. The mechanics didn’t show me over the work.
