I had my car in for a general service.
Oil change and oil filter change,
The car was running even worse after I picked it up.
Having to send it to another mechanic.
The oil was black!
No flush was put through from you guys.
Costing me more money.
Very disappointed. Will not return to my car tyre and auto.

There was a mix up with the appointment…
There was a mix up with the appointment time...not sure whose fault that was. As is the way these days, texts were sent regarding appointment
but no time is confirmed in these texts. Perhaps if a time can be added to future reminders. It may save confusion. However, they did follow up when I was not there at their presumed time. Once arriving, the service was very quick and efficient. I would recommend.
