Seamless booking on the website (took less than a minute). the product I wanted at a great price. All the info to make the decision on the website with clear priceing
Friendly and efficient staff on arrival. Went shopping for an hour, received a text . Job done. Hard to imagine a business model better than MyCar. 10 stars out of 5

Going the Extra Kilometre.
We were booked in for a service in a Friday and we were going away in the following Saturday. We thought we needed tyres, but weren't sure. We visited My car on the Tuesday so they could check the tyres and order in what we needed so we would all be done and dusted and ready to go on the Saturday.

Astounding Customer Service and immaculate job
The team at MY CAR were so helpful, with great customer service and a sense of humour too. I didn't have an appointment, but due to a tyre misbehaving on my way to Bundaberg they fit me in and completed the job in a great time frame. Thank you to going above & beyond with astounding customer service all the crew at Bundaberg MY CAR.

Two warning lights came onto my dashboard. The young mechanic used his diagnostic tool and told me what the problem was. I booked the car in to be repaired, and the problem is no more.
