Genuine Customer Care is hard to find!!
I was needing urgent assistance with a flat tyre and needed it fixed urgently but didn't have an appointment. The team accommodated me straight away, even though they were booked out. Appointment needs were met, car was ready on time and communication was excellent. A small workshop favour was asked and granted. Very much appreciated on a busy day, which is why we call it "our local"
