I had to wait, so It was a long day for me. The guys were super busy all day but they did really well to do everything they had to.

The service is very good but the waiting time was too long. We were asked to drop our car at 08:30am and we were told it is only for 3 hours. But it took about 5hrs waiting time before they finally finish the car. Staff are nice and friendly.

Service was good, staff was helpful and communications was really good

Team are always reliable at keeping me up to date regarding vehicle road worthiness & necessary repairs or replacements.

This was my second time there.
Will be back next service next year.

Required new tyres urgently due to unrepairable puncture. Store had what I need in stock and fitted them straight away. Great service.

I went in for a car service, my car was ready in 3hours

The manager who looked after me was great. He fixed my tyre quickly and refitted it for me.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Great at their Job. Very helpful. I recommend highly.

The Assistant Manager was very helpfull and his service was absolutely great. He made my experience a great one.

The turnaround was pretty quick, I didnt have to wait long to get the puncture repaired and I was happy with the price.
I can't say the service was overly friendly, not much was said and the couch in the waiting area was filthy and disgusting.
I found the process to book the car in over the phone was a bit tedious, press one for this, press one for that. I prefer to speak to someone straight away, not have to listen to options to book my car in.

Customer service and great communication

I got an appointment for 2pm for a puncture repair and when i went there they having their break and they said it will take 1 hr around 3 i can collect my car do i waited and i met a lady there she also had 2 pm appointment for an alignment and told it take 1:30 hrs .

So we both having same time appointment and they only have one worker.
And they started working on my car at 3:30 and given my car back 4 clock.
It took 2 hrs for a puncture repair.

If they have someone at 2pm appointment why there are giving me 2 pm appointment.

Worst thing after the whole 2 hr waiting when i get the car the tyre was still low pressure and warning light was there and told me that it will reset once you drive.

After 45 minutes drive nothing was happened and i have to go to service station for pumping the air back .

I will Never ever go to the Campbellfield mycar or any
Mycar at all
