When booking we asked if it could be done while we wait, tech confirmed yes. My wife went down on the day and dropped of at 9am as booked over the phone and the tech was surprised she would wait and said it would be ready until 12 noon.
When she returned at 12 the car was still not ready. Unfortunately she didn't feel comfortable to complain at the time.

Had to go back to Camden valley motors to turn off the service switch and cost me $40.00

Car was ready on time.
Staff were efficient.

I'm happy with the service but the only problem I had was the quote for the repairs. I paid for basic service & rego online. When I was verbally given the quote on the day to replace 2 tyres & a battery replacement I was told it was something like $800! I said to forget the battery as it wasn't part of rego requirements as I am trying to budget my cashflow & said I'll get that later. I was then quoted $600. I wasn't happy but I had no choice to accept. When I paid, they then told me it was $405. They THEN took the online payment off! If the person that verbally quoted the repairs took the online payment into account, I would have got the battery. Now I have to get to a mechanic again! BTW I couldn't wait anymore as I had already spent half a day waiting where I had to be home for my disabled husband.

Dropped off car in the morning as booked. They were expecting me. Rang me to tell me what needed doing and had costs ready to tell me to get my consent before going ahead. Texted me when it was ready and was able to pay and pick up with no hassles.

It was easy and the guy at the counter was great.

Guys on the front desk, had me sroted out and booked in quickly. On the day of service it was done as arranged. Very quick and efficient and a pleasant bunch of blokes. Good work keep it up.. Will now bring my other vechiles for service
