I owned a Nissan for several years and always took it to MyCar in Casuarina NT, I never had any problems. A year ago I changed cars and now I have an MG. They did its six-month service, and on Friday, April 17th, I took it in for its annual service. The customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work!

Try to overcharge
I had a service and alignment booked. The service seems decent but I dont think the alignment was even done. Then later when i called to ask for a quote for a part repair they tried to overcharge me 3× more than the official dealership.

I had a great experience at mycar Tyre & Auto recently. The service was excellent from start to finish. Siam in particular stood out for his attention to detail and his genuine willingness to help. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was done properly. Great guy and very professional. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend the team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
