I cannot fault the experience I have had with the team that work here. I had been experiencing car issues for a few weeks and had been using other mechanics, who were unable to find the solution to the issue I was having. A family friend recommended I go to see Scott and his team, which was the best decision ever. Within seconds of me explaining my issue, he was able to identify the potential cause and within a day, fix the car, all with one day’s notice. I cannot recommend this place enough. Time efficient problems solvers, putting their customers & people first.

The staff at MyCar Charlestown were very friendly, professional and kind. They're good people to deal with, and do the right thing by their customers. They explain things very well with regards to cars, as not all of us have a lot of knowledge relating to cars.

The pressure in one of my tyres was decreasing so I took it to mycar at Charlestown and they checked it and showed me the nail that was in my tyre. They fitted a new tyre within 1 hour.

Customer service was excellent. I dont remember mates name but he communicated well and took the time to explain the answers to my questions and some!

Great customer service and really quick turn around for a wheel alignment and balance. I was also provided a quote for new tyres. Would go back in the future thank you.
