They went above and beyond at Chermside. Even tho my wipers were intermittent, instead of sending me on my way they spent an entire 20mins trying to get them to fault so they could diagnose the issue. They removed the leaves from inside the wiper area for me and honestly I think that was the cause of the problem.

The man I spoke to was very polite and respectful to say the least.

The staff were so helpful on the phone as soon as I got a flat tyre. They had appointments available that day. But I needed more time, they were able to order the tyre I wanted and have it organised within 48 hours. Lovely, friendly staff too. My first time using them, but won't be going anywhere else in future. Also pricing is affordable.

Had a service there where i was also able to get a quote for fixing my side mirror, called a week later to schedule the mirror, and a week after that my car was booked and my mirror was fixed.

Zach was very helpful in explaining the issue with my car. Even though the issues couldn’t be resolved by my car I’m still very happy giving them my business and I will be back to book in for a service when due .

The guys at Chermside went out of their way to help with a RWC and repairs while I was in hospital. They did the repairs needed and stored my car for almost a week until I could collect it.
