Second to none at Claremont - Kia is fantastic!

Things have gone badly here. Was great previously but now seems to have fallen off a cliff in terms of service. Booked a car in at a time the store proposed and turned up on time. Was told the car would be ready at 11am. At 11am the work had not yet been started. I was told 12pm it would be done and they would call me. By 12:15 I’d not heard anything and the store apparently closes at 12:00! Rushed to store and work still not completed. May be done by 13:00!!! Seems to me that the place is completely disorganised

Very poor communication with the customer with getting new tyres.Wasting customers time in the process.Lack of organising from the manager to the customer.Not good service at all.

Fast and efficient service

Second time I’ve been there and both times service was exceptional, staff friendly and helpful and my car returned in less than one day. I didn’t have a great experience with the call center so I suggest contacting these guys directly if you can.
