Good customer service and great spare brands and quick delivery.

The price quoted for the service and the extra couple of bits needed was the final price I did indeed pay and the service seems to have been carried out well. The only complaint I have is I was told that I would get a text message when my car was ready to be picked up which was meant to be around 3:30pm. By 5pm (they close at 5:30pm) I had not received a text so went down to the garage and found my car had been ready for a while.

For the past two years I have to say what a pleasure it is to deal with this Team, each of them down to earth, knowledgeable, they are on point with their work load, they follow through, nothing is too much trouble and I enjoy having some good banter with them too. Price is affordable and they are quite willing to work with my schedule. Last visit I went to book a service and walked out having just paid for 4 new tyres after one of the team mentioned the promotion, they put them on that afternoon and I'm more than happy!

Josh and his team always provide excellent service, consistently going above and beyond. During my last service, nothing needed replacing, so they didn’t recommend any changes.

I had another service yesterday and they pointed out a few things that need to be replaced. The prices they quoted were very reasonable and their brand-new tyre and battery prices are excellent. I couldn’t be happier!

From booking to getting the tyer fixed was hassle free.

My car ended up with multiple scratches on it. Got a wheel alignment, asked the mechanic for a print out, said can’t do that the machine doesn’t work ? Sorry should have told you, just forgot, pretty sure didn’t do one still feels the same! When I booked my car in was told to drop off at 8:30am will be done by 9:30am! On the morning told it will be done by 3pm however get back about 12pm and it had been finished for quite awhile just forgot to ring me.

Had been told by a relative that my elderly mum's car temp. sensor was faulty and needed replacement. Mycar checked and found no problem and did not charge my mum any fee for running a diagnostic check and checking the coolant system. Really appreciate the honestly of the people that work at the Cloverdale location!

I placed the order in December (Black Friday) and tyres were delivered in last week of February after countless calls. I was never given any reason for delays nor an expected delivery time, just got told that they haven’t delivered yet. Every single time I had to call and check up on status.
In my last call I was told there is no order against my name, they would call me back with update. That call never arrived, so I called again and patiently went through the situation again. Josh in Cloverdale branch was an amazing help, he checked the tyres stock in some other branch, arranged the pick up and installed the tyres within 2 days. Seriously it shouldn’t even be a 1 star review but to be fair I got a great deal (Pirelli on 50% off) hence 2 stars. All this time my tyres were in pretty bad shape and weren’t eligible for insurance claims if it came to that, so needless to sat that I really needed those tyres urgently.

Friendly staff, easy to get to.

Very nice people who were enthusiastic to help and were kindly. But the wheel balance and rotation on both vehicles was so poor that the steering wheel still shook on both vehicles either as bad as or worse than what they were prior to the service. The fact that this has happened to both cars simultaneously rules out that this was a different underlying car issue.

The service was awesome first time using mycar the staff were friendly hard to find these days , our family go to mechanics from now on .
I needed new shocks for my Mitsubishi Lancer I was quoted $1300-$1400 dollars and they did the job for $527 with quality parts.

Amazing customer service. The boys working here always treat me with respect and very kind and communicative. It was an easy process getting my car fixed here, even though we had a hiccup with the parts manufacturer, I was kept informed the entire time and my car was fixed in a timely manner
