RWC and minor service
I had a RWC and minor service done , the staff were helpful and their quote was exactly what they charged , they were informative about the condition of the car and any issues that may arrise.

not a fan
not a fan. Mum took my nephew's car to the Clyde store on Thursday 18/4/24 with a text from my nephew pointing out problems with his car. Car misfires and stutters under any load, not while slow cruising. Mum picked up the car and as she's not a 'regular' manual driver noticed the car was still the same so she assumed it was her misusing the gears,etc. Nephew gets home and drives the car and it's still not right. Hubby drives the car and puts it under load and yes, it's misfiring or something. $276 paid for basically an oil change and brake light globe replaced and the car still has the same trouble, even though they supposedly did a 'Vehicle Road Test'. Did they just drive it out the driveway and back?? Don't think we can trust them to take it back there, since after specifically being told what the car is doing, they still failed to find and fix anything. Will take it to an owner/mechanic to be fixed now and never go back to MyCar or recommend them to anyone
