Lack of flexibility.
Could not pick up car by 5.30pm so wasted a lot of time & had to return the next day. Frustrating lack of flexibility, given that we are long-term customers and paid for the Service on the same day.
The actual car Service seems OK but a little expensive at $380 for a 8 year old Mazda.

I always choose Mycar
I always choose Mycar to repair my vehicles. Even when I purchased an EV I took it to Mycar for the new shoes when required. Warren always has a keen eye for detail, after running into a pot hole and gaining an egg in my tyre, Warren went out of his way to check the rear tyre as well only to find that the sidewall had been compromised, he also noticed a rather large dint in the rim (Which had to be repaired). He fitted me in and had two tyres sorted for me once I had the rim repaired. Even though his workshop was very busy. Thank you as always!

They didn't reset my dashboard display…
They didn't reset my dashboard display so I had no idea of my speed whilst travelling home. When I pulled over and called, they said to bring it back when convenient ! Eventually someone called after I had arrived home and trawled through the handbook to find
out how to reset what they had done. Apart from that - everything else was fine.
