The team at My Car tire & auto is wonderful and beyond 5 star! We had the do our brakes and our tyres and also asked them to check a couple of issues - they could not be more helpful, patient and so lovely. As a female it can be intimidating going in for car issues, they put me at ease and had me laughing- old fashioned community service that is so hard to find these days - cannot say thank you enough to the Deakin,ACT team!

Helpful, genuine, pride in the tyre replacement policy.

Great service
Great service: got appointment the next day, trouble with tire pressure and suspected puncture. Got car back after a couple of hours - all tires checked! For free!! amazing service. Highly recommended!

The manager was rude, unhelpful and inflexible.
The other staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Mechanically too early to tell if satisfactory.

Garage failed to book part in advance…
Garage failed to book part in advance of drop-off meaning I need to have the inconvenience of returning to them some days later in order for service to be deducted.
Also required to pre-pay for a part.

Brett and Meni
Brett was extremely helpful with my road worthy inspection.
In addition, I needed to change plates and couldn't get on screw out- I took my chances and dropped by and Meni helped me out in 2 minutes (no charge).
Definitely coming back whenever I need. :)

Excellent service as usual but booking app needs work.
The service from Mycar Deakin has always been excellent. The only shortcoming this time was that the on-line booking service incorrectly identified the service required, such that the actual service cost significantly more and took longer than predicted.
