Nice and convenient
Nice and easy booking system with quote provided. Was called during service for further recommendations and was able to approve over the phone to have done and get out the way instead of having to remember at next service, which was great! Text update when ready for pick up was also good and convenient.

Worst service by team
Experienced worst service both in terms of communication and service to my car. I have asked for tyre rotation and wheel balancing, they guy just filled my car tyres with air and said all good! This is after I booked in for the day for that particular service where I had to ask again. Went there as it was closer to me but will never go again. Have been to few other my car service centres, where the team are super friendly and service oriented, but this centre has given me a worst experience. Very disappointed.

Exceptional service
The whole team at my car derrimut were exceptional, my car needed a set of tyres, Marvin was a complete gentleman gave me a number of options and job was completed in a very professional and timely manner. Will definitely be recommending Marvin and the team at mycar Derrimut.

Shaky experience…
Used mycar derrimut for alignment and balance as we have in the past WELL NEVER AGAIN Car pulls right steering shakes at different speeds even after both mechanics drove the car with us in it issue was not fixed in these economical times $140 wasted TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PS WE ARE A FAMILY WITH 4 CARS

The gentleman was quick with getting me…
The gentleman was quick with getting me back on the road. My car had picked up another bolt which put a slow leak in it. I was in and out within 45mins.
