I popped into MyCar last week with no appointment, as my son had his driving test in an hour and the “check system” lights in my car had all come on at once. The gentleman I spoke to had no hesitation in assisting us; he checked the codes and confirmed there were no major issues and that we just needed to add some air to one tyre. No charge. It was exceptional customer service and I will definitely be visiting there again (with an appointment this time). Thank you for getting us out of a bind on short notice!

There was parking to drop off and pick up the vehicle. They performed the service and let us know and called if something was found during the service that required future or immediate attention that would cost extra. Great to deal with, quick and efficient.
