Professional and Helpful
Richard was quite helpful right from when I first walked into the store few days ago to make an appointment. On the day, as per my request, vehicle was turned around within an hour. Sorry, cannot remember the Team Member's name who I assume is of Sikh background. He was very helpful as well. Will go back again for my tyres, alignment and balancing.

Very polite and friendly staff
Very polite and friendly staff. Gave me an estimate of about an hour to do the work required on my car, but had it done in just over half that time.

Charged me for things that weren't…
Charged me for things that weren't provided such as Windscreen Wash Additive, although it is only a small charge, the baseline is that they have charged me for a service that wasn't provided. I also believe they are advising to get new tires when they aren't needed, I got new tires put on at the start of the year and they have tried referring me to their tire supplier to get new tires as mine are "worn below legal limit" which I don't believe would happen in under a year.
