This store was trash horrid something needs doing here 🔴Elanora.🔴..this store has fallen below low! id give it minus 1 !..if able they ignored my calls my visits in store..not once did they reply to me I did all the chasing about my own car ...There excuses appalling boss is sick every other day ...staff have ADHD ...it was incredibly upsetting they had my car 6 day! With there false result no where close to my breakdown ..total disaster cannot possible go back there ...sad it was my local...change your staff .Authority! of this store !

Fast, efficient and a friendly reliable service

Very helpful when booking in over the phone and advising what I would need. The young man who served me when I took the car in and then collected was very friendly and professional.

Booking Online was really easy and being able to choose days and times that suited was really helpful.
Service was prompt and reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly.
Potential issues were also pointed out for our next visit.

They were so wonderful my front tyres were run down and I had aqua planed earlier in the day. They made time for me even though they were already flat out. They were all helpful and very quick getting new tyres for on my car. Superior old fashioned customer service thanks guys great job 🙏😁

Fast efficient

These guys communicate so well throughout the service letting me know what’s happening and checking in and educating me about any issues before undertaking any major works. Friendly, honest and professional crew.

It's always a pleasure to go to MYCAR, the Elenora team were great and made the whole process simple.
They were also kind enough to check the car over and give me a list of some items that will need attention in the near future. Great customer service.

I had a really great experience with the mycar team at Elanora. Booking in for a service was easy and they were very flexible with scheduling. They identified and fixed several issues with my brakes, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were about the work that needed to be done.

They also made an effort to keep costs down where possible, avoiding unnecessary labour, which I found refreshing. On top of that, they were very accommodating when I needed to change my pickup to the following day.

Overall, reliable, honest, and easy to deal with - I’d definitely recommend them 👍

Clear communication and attentive service makes dealing with mycar a pleasure. They discovered some loose joints and tightened them up. A very worthwhile general service.

Just to let mycar know if they need any almost brand new parts that were fitted to my girlfriend's car, now she can't drive any more. She has been so stressed and anxious to drive her car your quite welcome to come around to pick them up, as was mentioned in a previous comment she's now to scared to drive her pulsar as it's still stalling. The whole experience has been a nightmare for her, very disappointing and obviously expensive for her now she has no car to drive

horrible, wouldn't answer the phone, didn't contact me regarding their findings and failed to present me with a detailed invoice, still have not received an invoice... all this after I had purchased $1600 worth of tires and they still did not finish the service (wheel alignment) which did not reflect in the final costing.

They were on time and delivered the car early.

The professionalism shown at each stage was great. They took the time to explain my quote, call during repair want went through the bill with me. My car is purring.
