Quick and easy book in progress. The shop rang me to explain a few details and offered me some advice on how to proceed with non urgent repairs. Price for the service was reasonable.

I was able to get my car in the next…
I was able to get my car in the next day and the staff were great. I knew the price which was very affordable and I was kept informed. Car was ready within a few hours. Definitely recomend this business.
Located on the side of the caltex petrol station, can be a bit tricky to see.

Bad experience
It was a bad experience with bad service and bad communication by the technician as well as the manager. The price quote for brake pads was greatly inflated compared to OEM and even other MyCar branches.
