Can’t be more thankful to the Hawker MyCar team. They were so helpful when I’d accidentally booked my service in at the wrong location. They fit me in and even contacted the other location to organise a refund. Super great people and always great service. The car sounds much happier

Hawker mycar team trustworthy and thorough
The team at Hawker mycar were very thorough in their investigation into our engine issue and communicated with us throughout the process. We use them for both our cars and find them trustworthy and consistently good.

I always have my cars serviced at Mycar…
I always have my cars serviced at Mycar and usually have a good experience. However, during my recent visit, I mentioned a couple of issues that were not addressed, as they recurred within a week after the service. It seems that the person who received my car may not have communicated my concerns to the technician who worked on it. Additionally, this time they were late in completing the service; when I arrived to pick up my car, they were still working on it.
