Their willingness to help where possible
On the day l was meant to have my car serviced, l was unwell and when l rang Greg, the Service Manager still managed to fit my car in before we were going down to Brisbane.
Greg rescheduled my appointment for a service on my RAV4 even though it was busy and nearing Christmas.
Further to this, we were able to pick up the car much earlier than expected.
Many thanks for the wonderful service to all the Hervey Bay MyCar team
