Steve was extremely helpful and kept me informed all the way and then another young man was extremely helpful when I picked up car made me feel safe and secure and not treated like she's just a woman she won't understand anything. Good service from Oliver. Would be better if I could speak directly with store when booking rather than the call centre. The call centre just brings down the experience and causes miscommunications. I work full-time so I can only make Saturday. I asked as part of my booking to have my windscreen washer hose looked at and fixed. The call centre consultant put it as a note but no additional time or fee was allocated for this service. As it was a Saturday and they were busy with impromptu appointments, they were not able to fix it for me and asked me to come back another time.

I booked in store as I found online booking a bit confusing (payment in advance and selecting time slot for service).

The staff is helpful and they finished my car inspection within the time frame as promised. I would recommend any car owner to come here and do the car repair while doing the shopping around as well.
