Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. Staff were very helpful and experienced at what they do.
I didn't have to wait long for my car service to be completed.

Dropped of my daughter's car for a…
Dropped of my daughter's car for a service, received a call advising there was a heap of work that needed to be competed including a wheel alignment. The issue here is the car was stolen 2 weeks ago and has just been thru a full mechanical and inspection from Nissan the week before who also completed a wheel alignment. This seems like money grabbing from this store, We will never use MyCar ever again.

The guys went out of their way to have my car completed in 1 day. I took the car in for a basic service, but many safety issues needed addressing. In the end a 90,000 km logbook service was done, plus new brakes. I have an annual service with My Car but it has been quite a number of years since I've needed anything but a basic service. The car is 18 years old, so I appreciate that these safety issues needed attending to.

They keep in contact with me regarding…
They keep in contact with me regarding anything they find needs attention outside of the service, eg tyres and brakes that need replacing, MY CAR has been servicing my vehicle for a number of years, i have always received very good service, staff have always been courtious and professional. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced there

Car servicing
My car service was done to a very high standard and I am really happy with the quality of work. It was also completed very quickly as per my request, even though I was originally meant to pick it up later. The extra tyre shine was a great touch and looked really good. Thank you.

Always a friendly face to serve you
The guys there are always so welcoming and friendly, i wait for my car so it is prioritized appropriately that I’m not there all day waiting. Highly recommend them for service and tyres.

I took my car to mycar Ingle Farm after…
I took my car to mycar Ingle Farm after not receiving a quote from the Toyota Dealer of jobs that needed doing. Tim the manager told me to bring the car in and he would look at it .... it was the LHF BALL JOINT and NOT the RHF as stated on my Toyota's Dealer invoice.
Definitely recommend mycar Ingle Farm.
Tim the manager is brilliant. He is helpful and trustworthy. He also has a great team of staff working for him.
Really happy with the service
