Staff amazing as always BUT
Staff amazing as always. Thank you. This time, however, even though the time was blocked out for service & other repairs, when booked-in, by Finn, it seems the call centre didn’t preserve the time needed, in diary. This put the team & myself under pressure. I was inconvenienced & had to bring the car in another day to have all the work done. Not happy to be inconvenienced again.

It was easy to book a log book car…
It was easy to book a log book car service for my bmwx5. However I am yet to receive the invoice for it and also the leak in the washer fluid container has not been fixed. I was asked to bring the car back in tomorrow.
Everything else seems good to me.

Mycar Made My Tyre Change Job Easy Peasy
I got my Pirelli tyres on sale during Black Friday and they were installed yesterday. It was a truly sale price! Ollie who currently heads the store operation was very helpful and friendly, and prompt with getting my new tyres on. The whole process from taking advantage of the sale and getting the tyres on was simple and efficient.
