I cannot thank the team at Kardinya Mycar store enough!! My car was towed to a local smash repair. They quoted me $1,300 for a oil pressure switch and a starter motor. My mechanic at the Kardinya store services my car, is very honest and always tells me if there's any issues. I contact the Kardinya store to have a look at it and quote me. In my amazement, the mechanic contacted me within an hour of looking at it and had fixed the problem within 30 minutes. There was nothing wrong with the starter motor, it didn't need fixing & he had replaced the oil switch and it was ready to go. I'm absolutely blown away by what could have been $1,300 over several weeks, was $330 in a few hours! Thank you so very much!! This team always does a quick and reliable service. Don't go anywhere else!!

Great, friendly, quick and fairly priced service, actually it was less than I thought. Owner has hired young woman as the tyre fixers which is super progressive and cool. I know it's 2025, but how often do you see woman in the workshops? Big ups! Well done!

Took 6 weeks fix a major issue with my car plus $4500. 5 weeks later same issue arose, I called them back and was told you can drop the car off but we won’t be able to get to it straight away. I take the car in on Monday and was told by the guy there that it had been booked in for the Wednesday (2 days later) which was fine. I was told it was under warranty and would be seen to. I called again on Wednesday to see how it was going and was spoken to very, very rudely. This man told me that I wasn’t going to “dictate” to him when my car would be looked at. I told him that I was assured on Monday that it would get seen to on Wednesday because it was a warranty case. This man told me that it would be another 2 weeks before they would even look at. Needless to say I was angry. 6 weeks and $4500 later and they hadn’t done the job properly and now they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks. I called head office to complain and from there the car was fixed. It has a funny noise now but I’m too scared to take it back there. Never again.

I ordered and made an appointment. Got to the scheduled time and the tyres were the wrong size. Told to me ring the call centre, not the locations problem.
