Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Manger went out of his way to look after me after a misunderstanding. Open and upfront.

Mycar Logbook service
Overall the logbook service was great, as expected from mycar. Communication could be improved a little however, was expecting a phone call to know when the car had been completed but nothing. The system was down on the day so maybe the phone lines were too?

FLAT BATTERY. helped Myself ( Hermione))…
Today My Car helped Myself ( Hermione)) )and Phil with a jumper unit for a flat battery. My Car were wonderful in the help and assistance they gave and in their customer service to us both. Thank you so much My Car you were the only ones there when we needed help.
